Our standard service is divided into two stages. No payment is taken when you submit this form.
USD 30 covers the initial search work, including phone inquiries within China and communication with multiple relevant parties. We use reasonable efforts but cannot guarantee recovery. Once the search begins, this fee is non-refundable because the work and related costs have already been incurred, even if the item is not found.

After the item is found, USD 200 is the standard all-inclusive price covering communication and coordination, local transportation and travel, collection and handling, and delivery to the customer, including standard international shipping.
