Clear fees, approved before we proceed
Our standard service is divided into two stages. No payment is taken when you submit this form.
Search stage · non-refundable service fee
USD 30 covers the initial search work, including phone inquiries within China and communication with multiple relevant parties. We use reasonable efforts but cannot guarantee recovery. Once the search begins, this fee is non-refundable because the work and related costs have already been incurred, even if the item is not found.
Recovery stage · charged only if found
If the item is not found, you do not pay the USD 200 recovery fee. After the item is found, USD 200 is the standard all-inclusive price covering communication and coordination, local transportation and travel, collection and handling, and delivery to the customer, including standard international shipping.
If a restricted item, exceptional shipping, a remote location or another unusual case would exceed the standard scope, we will discuss it with you by email and provide a separate quote before proceeding.
